A world where these thin cloths/drapes/nets float and twist and twirl through the air everywhere.
Like really thin dementors, or those flat pancake fishes in the sea.
The people call them “Ghosts” or “Spirit Blankets” or whatever.
This is not only a mesmerizing sight, they also have a function. Like, they might give off light and give first aid if needed, they patrol neighborhoods, they create pockets of magic, government uses them to spy, whatever.
