Incremental game. Each attempt has a random city with clotheslines between buildings, crisscross, everywhere.
You simply click to get them off the line.
(Later on, you get a second click to fold them, or wash/dry them, or whatever?)
Upgrades would add more clothes, more lines, more different clothes, larger click area, quicker taking it off the line, etcetera.
