This is a Peerful game. Everyone connects with their phone to a main screen, and plays on their own phone. (Like the Jackbox games.)
Some of the classic games seem a good fit for this style of game.
- Snake: directions for movement scattered between players. (Perhaps multiple snakes, if many devices.)
- Pacman: Some people are Pacman, some are Ghosts. There are some special abilities that pop up; a button on your phone.
- Pong: speaks for itself. You move your own paddle. If many players, multiple people control the same paddle. Protect your own goal. => This is more like a top-down soccer that way, which would be a logical next step.
