Gunswingers

All players are simple balls/spheres rolling around holding “guns”. You’re playing a simple ball sport where you try to get the ball into the opponent’s goal.

  • If the ball hits you on the gun side, it’s automatically put into the gun.
    • Pressing your button will then shoot the ball.
  • If not, the ball just bounces off of you normally, following physics.

How to prevent ball hogging?

  • You automatically shoot after X time / you become slower when holding the ball.
  • There’s another type of ball that you can pick up and shoot, which acts like “tackling” => if it hits a player, you blast them away and they lose the ball.

Could this be a One Button Game?

  • You can only move.
  • If you ever stop moving, and your gun has a ball, you instantly shoot.
  • Otherwise, it just shoots after X seconds.
